Drop out of the everyday to drop into yourself…
and find the things in your yoga practice that you can drop into your life off the mat
This is the quote that inspired our name – “Drop of Yoga”.
To us, yoga means togetherness, connection and acknowledging we are more than our individual selves – we think this quote speaks beautifully to that idea. We both trained with Yoga Like Water and enjoy creating a sense of flow through our practice.
We hope that classes, workshops, and retreats we hold will allow you to drop out of the everyday to drop into yourself. But we also hope you’ll find things in your yoga practice that you can drop into your life off the mat.

This 2 hour, donation-based online workshop works with the theme of DREAM – a cosy extended practice you can do in your pyjamas (or even in bed!!). It’ll be a gentle, nourishing gift to ourselves – a reminder that amongst the chill and the darkness of January there is cosyness and rest to be found.
We will offer ourselves grace and acceptance that we are still midwintering, and start to dream towards the light returning, whilst acknowledging that new beginnings or transformations are probably still tiny seeds, just starting to be planted.

This half-day, donation-based, online workshop works with the theme of SANCTUARY – creating the safety for ourselves to grow from the inside out.
For those of you into the astrology, we will be tuning into the gorgeous energy of Jupiter Retrograde trine Venus (it’s a beauty!) and leaning into self-trust, compassion, strength and softness.
We’ll explore our capacity for joy, celebration and acceptance to make space for feeling comfortably at home in ourselves – our sanctuary.

Drop into a full day retreat with us – hosted at the beautiful ‘Scenic Sauna’ in the Cotswolds.
We’ll be working with the theme of SPARK to align with the astrological new year and beginning of Spring. The perfect time to alchemise dreams, set new intentions alight and ask ourselves – what do we want to move towards this year?
We’ll be guiding mindfulness, yoga practices, journalling, and a nature walk. And there’s a sauna & cold plunge session and truly beautiful lunch provided.
