This is the quote that inspired our name – “Drop of Yoga”.
To us, yoga means togetherness, connection and acknowledging we are more than our individual selves – we think this quote speaks beautifully to that idea. We both trained with Yoga Like Water and enjoy creating a sense of flow through our practice.

We hope that classes, workshops, and retreats we hold will allow you to drop out of the everyday to drop into yourself. But we also hope you’ll find things in your yoga practice that you can drop into your life off the mat.

Inward – Summer Yoga Day Retreat


Drop into a full day retreat with us – hosted at the beautiful Quadrangle in the Kent countryside.

We’ll be working with the theme of INWARD. This event is on the 23rd July, well into the summer season and a wonderful time to look inward with warmth. We’ll celebrate ourselves, find joy and nourishment for all our inner layers, right through to the core. 

We’ll be guiding mindfulness, yoga practices, journalling, and a woodland walk. And there’s an opportunity for group games, wild swims and a delicious lunch provided.

Rebalance – Autumn Yoga Day Retreat

Drop into another full day retreat with us – once again hosted at the beautiful ‘Scenic Sauna’ in the Cotswolds.

We’ll be working with the theme of REBALANCE – this retreat is on the 10th October, the Libra New Moon. The perfect time to align heart with mind, take space to check in and support ourselves in creating a balance that works for us. 

We’ll be guiding mindfulness, yoga practices, journalling, and a creative wellbeing exercise. And there’s a sauna & cold plunge session and truly beautiful lunch provided.

Olivia Yeomans

Yoga teacher,

Olivia’s teaching style is grounded in a gentle vinyasa approach, with a strong focus on alignment and building strength from the ground up. Her classes emphasise both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, encouraging students to connect deeply with their bodies and minds. Through mindful movement, breathwork and guided meditation, Olivia creates a supportive space where students can explore presence, self-awareness and inner calm.

Elodie Cox

Yoga teacher, cold swimmer & recipe book enthusiast

Elodie sequences classes from a thematic starting point – usually aligned with the seasons or astrology (partly because otherwise she finds it impossible to decide which theme to choose!). Her classes encourage finding supportive alignment for your body and will prompt you to think, feel and reflect as you move.

Our Training & Values

Longer overnight retreats are an amazing experience, and we also know that the time commitment, overnight stays and cost attached can be serious barriers to participation. We are excited to be collaborating to create more accessible retreat experiences – half days online, day retreats in beautiful settings, and shorter options for retreats with overnight stays. We offer scaled pricing where we can, and are committed to transparency around where your money is spent and what it goes towards.

Just as no two flowers are the same (but are all uniquely beautiful), no two bodies are the same. So we believe that no two yoga practices should be the same either! Our role in classes is to provide a framework and guidance, and we encourage people to get creative from this point on. Learning about yourself and listening to your inner teacher is a key part of the yoga we want to share with the world.

As a duo, we are also a good example of very different bodies and practices, so we try to model this and create a non-judgemental space however you’re showing up. Difference is what makes the world interesting and we want to honour and practice safely with our differences, not iron them out or pretend they aren’t there.
